TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of StreamDriver — the browser extension, streamer dashboard, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

ACCOUNTS

You sign in with a Twitch account and must comply with Twitch's own terms while using StreamDriver on Twitch. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate points or payouts, or interfere with other users' experience.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & TRIALS

• Streamer plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• New streamer accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is required for the trial; when it ends, paid features turn off until you subscribe. Your configuration is preserved.
• You can cancel any time via the billing portal in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• The service is free for viewers.

POINTS

Viewer points are a free engagement feature. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted or reset to address abuse.

TIPS, SPONSORSHIPS & ACTION CREDITS

• Tips and channel sponsorships are payments from you to a streamer, processed by Stripe. The money goes to the streamer's own Stripe account; StreamDriver never holds your funds, and deducts a platform fee from each payment.
• Tips are final and non-refundable once completed.
• Sponsorship tiers include a monthly allocation of action credits. Credits reset to your tier's allocation each billing cycle, unused credits expire at the end of the cycle, and credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They can only be spent on interactions within the sponsored channel.
• Streamers receiving payouts must complete Stripe onboarding and comply with Stripe's connected-account agreement.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use StreamDriver to harass, defraud, or spam; don't attempt to bypass access controls, automate interactions, or exploit bugs for points or money. Report vulnerabilities to us instead of abusing them.

THE SERVICE

StreamDriver overlays third-party streaming sites we don't control. Those sites change; features may occasionally break or be adjusted, and we may add, change, or retire features over time. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

TERMINATION

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination doesn't affect payments already made.

CHANGES

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
